NO BLOCKADING STARDOCK OR CLASS 0 PORTS: Denying players access to Stardock or Class 0 ports is not permitted. Destroying these ports is considered the same as blockading and not permitted.

Not all games on UTW have Truces or use General Rules, which would prohibit the blockading of Stardock. Game Y had a 1 day truce and when over, 1 rule only....No Buyouts! I have enclosed the game announcement for your inspection. As you can see, Truce Rules Apply but not General Rules.
